Advanced Petroleum Company (APCO) is an operating company for a Joint Venture of five national and international shareholding partners. Namely, APCO’s Shareholders are Hi-Tech Petroleum, Sudapet, Khartoum State and Higleig Petroleum. APCO was officially established on 21st October 2003 by the signing of the Exploration & Production Sharing Agreement (EPSA) between the Ministry of Energy and Mining of Sudan and the Company’s Shareholders. |
