MSc in Petroleum and Natural gas Engineering, Pennsylvania State University, USA, 1987
BSc in Petroleum Engineering, Suez Canal University, Egypt, 1979.
Experience :
Worked with Chevron Oil Company as Drilling Engineer in Sudan, Production and reservoir Engineer in Chevron USA Central Region, Colorado & Chevron USA Eastern Region, New Orleans, Gulf of Mexico.
Returned to Sudan (1990) as Head of Engineering Department, General Petroleum Corporation, then Acting General Manager of Exploration & Production, General Manager of Heiglig Oil Field Development Project, and finally as General Manager of Exploration and Production Authority (OEPA).
Joined Gulf Petroleum (Sudan) limited as Manager of Engineering & Exploration for Block 3.
Vice President of Operation for Petrodar Operating Company Block (3&7).
General Manager of Hi Tech Petroleum Company a private Sudanese Company working as partner with Petronas in Block “8” and partner in Block “C” with Cliveden, Swiss Company and other Private Sudanese Companies.
President of Advanced Petroleum Company (APCO) (Block C) since Jan 2004.
