Higleig Petroleum Services and Investment Co. Ltd is a private national company established in 1997 to meet the petroleum era. Higleig Petroleum Services commenced its activities in the fields of engineering, procurement and construction with an eye on the future, which comprised the onset of a new century and the new millennium.

The Founders of the Company who are themselves working in the fields of construction, general contracting and trade have their objective to build a capable national company based on international standards to support the flourishing oil industry in Sudan.

To meet the ever-increasing demands of the nation's engineering industries, HPSIC's is constantly upgrading its technical know-how by different levels of training to its staff both inside and outside the country.

Expected production of this field is 20.000 barrels per day.

Description: HPSIC carried out the civil works, and piles electrical works, e.g. Driving of pipe (2400). Clearance of right of way (70 km), excavations (90000 m3),backfilling (120000 m3), R.C Foundation for pipe supports, transformers & drain pits ( 700 m3) & fencing of oil wells (2500 m). The electrical works included the erection of L.V. switchgear cabins.
